Escape to Miami Beach !

I traveled with a group of 6 adults (3 couples) to the Penthouse. We headed to Miami Beach because two of us ran the Latin Music Half Marathon. We enjoyed our stay and the accomodations. The best attributes were the 2 decks (one connected to the master bedroom and the other overlooking the ocean, connected to the living room) as well as the location of the condo, right across from the beach and the start/finish of our race- no rental car necessary to enjoy Miami Beach! The photos accurately depict the inside of the condo and the amenities provided. Helena who oversees the condo also lives in the building and was very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe in the condo and around the area it was located. We are an easy going group so the Penthouse was fine for our 4 night stay however, I would say the sleeping arrangments are not ideal for 6 adults (the 2nd bedroom only has 2 twin beds). A group with kids or a group of 4 would work wonderfully here. As far as amenties provided, there are beach umbrellas, beach mats and footballs ach as well as bath towels and dishes in the Condo- a definite plus. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit, it was out of service during our stay but would have been another great attribute if it had been working. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the Condo. Beware though, the restaurants/bars directly surrounding the building can be pricey. They all have great breakfast deals but drinks can run you $25 each. There are plenty of good places to eat if you explore down Collins or Washington. I would definitely stay here again
